2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DESIGNATING
A DESCRIBED AREA AS A SURVEY AREA AND FINDING THAT SAID AREA
3 REQUIRES STUDY TO DETERMINE IF A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IS
FEASIBLE; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 12627. (NORTHWEST
4 REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA)
5 WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 33310 and 33312
6 of the Health and Safety Code of the Community Redevelopment Law
7 of the State of California require that the designation of survey
8 areas for project study purposes be by resolution of the
9 legislative body,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
11 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The area hereinafter described is hereby
13
designated a survey area for redevelopment project study purposes
14
pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law, Division
15
124, Part 1 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
lcalifornia.
: SECTION 2.
iredevelopment project or projects within said area are feasible.

Those portions of those certain Townships and Ranges, Ranchos, various
Subdivisions and Tracts lying within the Corporate Limits of the City of San
Bernardino and being that portion thereof lying generally West of the West
line of U.S. Interstate Highway 15 East and Southwesterly of the Southerly
line of The State College Redevelopment Project Area, and being more particu-

Beginning at a point on the Present Corporate Limit Line of the City
of San Bernardino, said point being the intersection of the center1ines of
Highland Avenue and California Street; thence following said City Limit Line
the following courses and distances; thence North along said centerline of
California Street, a distance of 1940 feet more or less to an angle point in
said City Limit Line; thence East along said City Limit Line, a distance of
