1. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: A five-minute

this heading are referred to staff for further study,

That the Magic Main Street Festival, to be held
October 27 and 28, 1989, at the City Hall Plaza,
be cosponsored by the City of San Bernardino, that
City departments be authorized to provide in-kind
