BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
5 OF SAN.. BElUfARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is

hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
A Third Amendment to Agreement with William Wingrove relating to
the conducting of polygraph examinations for an additional one
year term, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
11 "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though
12
set forth at length.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly

THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
(consulting services - polygraph examinations)
3 THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered

1977, by and between the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a muniq
corporation, hereinafter called "City", and WILLIAM WINGROVE,
hereinafter called "Consultant".
WIT N E SSE T H:

WHEREAS, City and Consultant entered into a written agree-
ment on October 30, 1974, for personal consulting services
relating to the conducting of polygraph examinations as requested
by the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant extended said agreement by a

First Amendment to Agreement dated September 11, 1975, and a
Second Amendment to Agreement dated July 7, 1976; and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant mutually desire to extend the
15

term of said agreement for an additional one year term from July 1
1977 to June 30, 1978, upon the same terms and conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed between the parties
20
hereto as follows:
22 additional period of one year commencing on July 1, 1977, and
1. The term of said agreement shall be extended for an
23 terminating on June 30, 1978.
