During recent meetings with staff, we have been able to work out the conditions of a draft development agreement. If the agreement is approved, Guadalupe Homes will be able to withdraw its appeal. We are also requesting that the development agreement be scheduled for action by the Planning Commission at its meeting on November 7, 1989 if the Planning Commission needs to take action on the agreement.
