STAFF REPORT
August 4, 1987 the Mayor and Common Council adopted a parking agreement
with the Maruko Hotel for 200 parking spaces on the 3rd level of the
Five Level Parking Structure. This required a change to Resolution
No. 82-34 which established time limit parking upon 289 parking spaces
on the 3rd level.
The requirement for reserved parking spaces to support the Mayor and
Council and their staff, plus Boards and Commissioners has also increased
because of this major change. A report was submitted to, and approved
by the Legislative Review Committee, July 20, 1989, resolution was drafted
and submitted to the City Attorney for approval. Draft was revised
and typed in final form as attached and is being submitted for approval.
