That under and pursuant to Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined 7 8 9 the general prevailing rates of per diem wages in the City of San Bernardino for each craft or type of workman or mechanic: and the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino do make said rates applicable to contracts for public projects of said City, and do hereby find that the attached document, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length, contains such general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft and type of workman and mechanic; to wit: Exhibit "A", "General Prevailing Wage Determination made by the Director of Industrial Relations", filed June 1, 1977, in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 2. The provisions of this resolution are applicable to contracts awarded by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino for the construction of public projects, except maintenance work.
