BUILDING MOVINGS, CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS, LOT LINE ADJUSTMENTS,
PARCEL MAPS, REVIEW OF PLANS AND VARIANCES UNLESS APPEALED IN
WRITING WITHIN TEN DAYS TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, STATING THE
GROUNDS OF APPEAL.
ZONE CHANGES, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS AND AMENDMENTS TO THE
