3 RESOLUTION NO. 6413 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOI,UTION.... ESTAB-
LISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN...."; BY PROVIDING A 3% WAGE
4 INCREASE FOR SAID GENERAL EMPLOYEES RETROACTIVE TO THE PAYROI,L
PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 4, 1988, AS PART OF THE NEGOTIATED
5 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
