If) 4 ~ , A RESOLUTION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WALL AVENUE, IN THE CI~ OF SAN B1;;RNJlRDINO, CALIFORNIA THE MAYOR AND COMllON COUNCIL DO r.:t;SOLVE AS FOLLOWS' F1rat. That the hereinatter deacribed atreet work and improvements be and the same ere hereby proposed. Second. Ths.t the Mayor and Common Council do hereby deter- mine the nature, location and extent pf such proposed street improvements as tollows, to-wit: That an eight inoh vitrified pipe sewer shall be oonstructed along the center line of Wall Avenue between a flush tank now construoted three (3) feet south of the south line of Thirteenth street and a manhole to be constructed at a point three hundred fifteen (315) feet north of the north line of Th1rteenth Street, together with and ~s a part thereof 1 manhole, 14 four inch vitri- fied pipe connecting sewers and the convdrslon of a flush tank to a manhole. Said work shall be oonstructed upon the grades, along the lines, between the points, of the dimensions, at the places and in the manner shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings adopted tor the improvement of said street and on file in the ottice of the City Engineer of said City, and designated " Plans, Profiles and Detailed Drawings No. 1480", in the recorda of said off1ce, and shall be constructed of the material and in the manner shown in and in accordance with the specifications for the improve- ment of said street on file in the office of the City Clerk ot said City, and desiGnated "Specifications No. 1480", in the records of said otfice, to which plana. profiles, detailed drawings and speci- tications reference is hereby made for fUrther, fuller and more particular description of said work, the manner of its execution and the material used therein. r Third, That the said contemplated wo~k and improvement 1. of more than local or ordinary publlc beneflt, and that sald Mayo~ and Common Council do hereby propose to make the expense of such work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which district is hereby declared to be the distriot especially benefited by sald proposed work and improvement, and to be especially assessed to pay the co.t and expense thereOf, and which district embraces all that ~eal property situate In the City of San Bernardino, Count7 of San Bernardino, State of' Cal1f'ornia, lylng wlthin the following exterior boundaries thereof, to-wit: Beginning at a point In the east line of Wall Avenue, uld point belng 20 feet south of the south 11ne of Thirteenth Street; thence northerly along the east line of Wall Avenue to the north llne of Thirteenth Street; thence easterly along the north line of Thirteenth Street, 150 feet, thence northerly and parallel with the east line of Wall Avenue to a polnt 350 feet north of the north line of' Thlrteenth Street, thence weater1y and parallel wlth ~he north 11ne of Thirteenth Street to a polnt 150 feet west of the west llne of Wall Avenue, thence southerly and parallel with the west 11ne of Wall Avenue to the north llne of Thirteenth Street, thence easterly along the north 11ne of Thlrteenth Street to the west 11ne of Wall Avenue; thence .outherly along the west 11ne oS' Wall Avenue to a point 20 feet .outh of the south line of Thlrteenth Street, thence easterly 8nd parallel wlth the south line of Thlrteenth Street to the point of beginnlng. Fourth: The Mayor and Common Cotoncl1 do hereby determine that no part of the cost of such proposed work and Improvement shall be pald from an1 source other than special assessments upon the property beneflted. Flfth, The Mayor and Common Councll do hereby determine that the statute under whlch It is proposed to conduot the 881d proposed proceedlngs 1s "Improvement Act of 1911", app~oved Aprl1 7, 1911, and all aots amendatory thereot or supplemental thereto.
