A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SOCIETY
FOR CRIPPLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS, INC., A CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute
7 a Lease with The San Bernardino County Society For Crippled
8 Children and Adults, Inc., pertaining to the use of certain real
9 property located south of Ninth Street between Sierra Way and
10 Waterman Avenue, in the City of San Bernardino.

SECTION TWO: That the said T,ease referred to herein, a
copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1" and is hereby
reierred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set out at
length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernar-
dino is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Lease
on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
