2 A RESOLU~ION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR MAIN-
3 TENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.

WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
5
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
6
No.2 to the Agreement for maintenance of the State Highway in
7
the City of San Bernardino, dated January 1st, 1960;
8
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council has heard read said
9
Amendment No.2 in full and is familiar with the contents there-
of;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Common Council
of the City of San Bernardino that said Amendment No.2 is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City of San Bernardino.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
