2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND C(!;IMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCRFTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY
3 PURPOSES FROM CARROLL F JIASO., A MARRIED MAN, FOR A PORTION OF
THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, WEST OF MERIDIAN AVENUE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
7
accept an Easement fro. Carroll F. Mason, . married .an, for a
8
portion of the south side of Foothill Boulevard, west of Meridian
Avenue, to be u.ed for street and highway purposes, being that
real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of
San Bernardino, state of California, described as follows:
That portion of Let -A-, 'lract 4066 as per plat thereof
recorded in Book 54 of Maps, Page 35, Records of the
Co1l1lty Recorder of San Bernardino County, described as
follows:

Beginning at the point of inter.ection of the center-
lines of Meridian Avenue, 62.00 feet wide, and Foot-
hill Boulevard, 110.00 feet wide; thence West along
said oenterline of Foothill Boulevard, a distance of
55.00 feet; thence South, parallel with the said center-
line of Meridran Avenue a distance of 50.00 feet, aore
or les.~ to the South line of said Foothill Boulevard,
Baid South line being the North line of said Let -A-;
thence Southeasterly in a direct line to a point on
the West line of said Meridian Avenue, which point is
South thereon a distance of 60.00 feet fro. the inter-
section of the Northerly prolongation of the West line
of said Meridian Avenue with the said centerline of
Foothill Boulevard; thence East, parallel with the
said centerline of Foothill Boulevard, a distance of
30.00 feet to the said centerline of Meridian Avenue;
thence North along said centerline of Meridian Avenue,
a distanoe of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefro. any portion of Foothill Boulevard
and Meridian Avenue as previously dedicated.
And the sue is hereby authorized for recording.
