Section One: Sections Four, Six, Seven, Eight, Thirteen,

Twoenty-one, twenty-two and tV/enty-four of Ordinance l'Jo. 373,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of San Bernardino Regulating
Travel and Traffic Upon the Streets ana Other Public Places of
the City of' San Bernardino; Districting said City; providing for
the issuance of Permits in Certain Instances; requiring Horns,
Bells, Gongs and i.fufflers to be attached to certain Vehicles and
Fixing a Penalty for Violation thereof", passed and adopted
f"efruary 17th, 1908 are hereby repea~ed:

It shall be unl~~ful for any person, with

intent to cross a street, to walk within the roadway of the

intersection of D Street and Third Stf'eet, D Street and ]'ourth
Street, D Street and Court Street, E Street and Fourth Street

Section Thirteen: Vehicles approaching an intersecting
4 street shall be under control by the operater thereof so as to
5 permit, and such operator shall permit, a vehicle on the right
6 of the vehicle approaching to first cross such intersecting
7 street.

3ection Three:
This Ordinance shall take affect and
9 be in force from and after thirty days after its passage and
10 approval.

Section ]'our:
The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-

age of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published by
13
insertions in three consecutive issues of San Bernardino ~ews
a newspaper hereby designed for that purpose.
