Sec.. The Superintendent of the Water1,1 1orks, or other

water from the premises of any person violating either of the
above sections, and the same shall not be a,ain turned on, by
person, except by order of said Superintendent of the Water VTor

" Sec. 4. Any person violatinj; any of the provisions of this

ordinance, shall be deemed guiltrr of a misdemeanor, and upon

conviction thereof, shall be punished by Li. fine of not more th.,,
j $100, or by imprisonment for a terra not exceeding; 90 days, or
by both such fine and imprisonrrient.
