No increase has been requested since then. At the request of the Mayor and Cannon Council, new figures were submitted showing that the minimum charge for the Administrative Charge should be 175.00. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-480 ENTITLED, IN PART, "A RESOLUTION . ESTABLISHING AN ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE OF THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS FOR PROCESSING NUISANCE ABATEMENTS AND WEED ABATEMENTS,. ." TO INCREASE THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE TO SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 85-480, which established an administrative charge of Thirty-.five Dollars for processing nuisance abatements and weed abatements, is amended to read: "Section 1. Pursuant to Section 8.27.100 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, an administrative charge of Seventy-Five Dollars is hereby established for processing nuisance abatements and weed abatements on each iot or portion of lot, described by the lot and block number or parcel number according to the official maps of the County Assessor, to partially defray costs incurred by the City for clerical and field operations connected with said abatements. Said charge shall be in addition to all other charges previously authorized to be assessed pursuant to this section." BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 8.27.100 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, an administrative charge of Thirty-- Five Dollars is hereby established for processing nuisance abatements and weed abatements on each lot or portion of lot, described by the lot and block number or parcel number according to the official maps of the County Assessor, to partially defray costs incurred by the City for clerical and field operations connected with said abatements. An administrative charge of Fifty-Five Dollars is hereby established for processing of an appeal filed pursuant to an objection to assessment as provided at Section 8.27.110 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code. Said charge is established to partially defray costs incurred by the City in the processing of such appeals. SECTION 3. Resolution No. 84-456 is hereby repealed.
