Contract Change Order No. One deleted a handrail that was deemed unnecessary for a cost savings of $1,000, and reversed the hinges on the handicap restroom stalls at Blair Park for a cost of $150, for a net decrease in contract price of $850, from $40,712.58 to $39,862.58. The actual final contract price is $39,862.58. We recommend that the work be approved and accepted, and that final payment be authorized at the expiration of the lien period. 10-12-88 75-0264
