BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Resolution No. 3985, Section One, which
prohibits parking upon certain streets or portions thereof,
hereby amended by adding thereto Subsection (20.2) to read
as follows:

(a) Between the west line of San Gabriel Street
and the east line of Valencia Avenue.1I
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on
the 27th day of April, 1964, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Seccombe, Johnson, Arias, Humphrey,

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CI
OF SAN BERNARDINO ORDERING THE VACATION OF RICHARDSON AVENUE
BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF MT. VERNON AVENUE AND THE WEST LINE
OF IIKII STREET; FAIRVIEW AVENUE BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF
RICHARDSON AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF GRANT AVENUE; JEFF
PLACE BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF FAIRVIEW AVENUE AND THE WEST
LINE OF MISSION DRIVE; MISSION DRIVE BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE
OF RICHARDSON AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF GRANT AVENUE;
COLLEGE DRIVE BET1,IlEEN THE EAST LINE OF MT. VERNON AVENUE AND
THE WEST LINE OF "Kll STREET; SCOTT STREET BETWEEN THE SOUTH
LINE OF COLLEGE DRIVE AND THE NORTH LINE OF GRANT AVENUE;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of San Bernardino, having heard the evldence offered in
relation to the proposed vacation of those portions of various
streets delineated on the map of College Heights, Tract No.
2227, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 31 of Maps, Page
99 and 100, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, State of California, more particularly described
in Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 7123, hereby finds
from all of the evidence submitted that those portions of
various streets delineated on the map of College Heights,
Tract No. 2227 proposed to be vacated by said resolution is
unnecessary for present or prospective public street
purposes.
SECTION TWO: That the Mayor and Common Council of said
City do hereby order the vacation of that portion of those
various streets delineated on said map of College Heights,
Tract No. 2227, described as follows:
Those portions of various streets, delineated
on the map of College Heights, Tract No. 2227
as per plat thereof recorded in Book 31 of
Maps, pages 99 and 100, records of the County
Recorder, San Bernardino County, State of
California, described as follows:
PARCEL NO. ONE
Richardson Avenue: Between the East line of
Mount Vernon Avenue and the 1..vest line of "K"
Street.
PARCEL NO. TWO
Fairview Avenue: Between the South line of
Richardson Avenue and the North line of Grant
Street as described in the deed recorded
April 18, 1963 in Book 5892, page 420,
Offlcial Records of said County.
PARCEL NO. THREE
Mission Drive: Between the South line of
Richardson Avenue and the North line of Grant
Street as described in the deed recorded
April 18, 1963 in Book 5892, Page 420
Official Records of said County.

Jefferson Place: Between the East line of
Fairview Avenue and the Southwesterly line

April 18, 1963 in Book 5892, Page 420,
Official Records of said County.
PARCEL NO. SIX:
COllege Drive: Between the East line of
Mount Vernon Avenue the West line of "K"
Street.
PARCEL NO. SEVEN:
Eureka Street: Between the North line of
COllege Drive and the South line of
Esperanza Street.
and also described in said Resolution No. 7123.
SECTION THREE: That the City Clerk of the City of San
Bernardino shall cause a certified copy of this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Bernardino.
SECTION FOUR: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and thence forth and hereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
nardino at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, held on
27th day of April, 1964, by the following vote, to-wit:
