DESCRIPTION) N/A Finance: N/A Council Notes: J __ Agenda Item No._o2,9- 1 ORDINANCE NO. 2 3 4 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-21, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 48TH STREET APPROXIMATELY 230 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF LEROY STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 5 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1. pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino 9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, 10 generally located on the south side of 48th street approximately 11 230 feet west of the centerline of Leroy Street, is rezoned from 12 C-l, Neighborhood Commercial District to R-1-7200, Single- 13 Family Residential District: 14 All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of 15 California, described as follows: 16 That portion of Lot 7, Block 16, Tract No. 1834, San Bernardino Heights, in the City of San Bernardino, 17 County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 26, Page 52 of Maps, records of 18 said County, further described as follows: 19 Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 7~ thence south along the eastern boundary of Lot 7 to the 20 southeast corner of said lot~ thence west along the southern boundary of said lot a distance of 10.98 feet~ 21 thence north 00 02' 5Sw west to the northern boundary of said lot~ thence east along the northern 22 boundary to the point of beginning. 23 (PETITION NO. 86-21.) 24 SECTION 2.
