FOR COUNCIL AC1..jN STAFF REPORT By State law, the City of San Bernardino must have a Conflict of Interest Code which lists "designated employees" for the filing of annual Statements of Economic Interests. The City's Code was adopted March 1, 1982. Periodically, titles of designated employees change and the code must be updated. Each department was asked to submit the titles of designated positions which should file Statements of Economic Interests on an annual basis. ", BY AMENDING APPENDIX A TO ADD, DELETE AND CHANGE THE TITLES OF VARIOUS POSITIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY WHICH MUST FILE CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 82-99 Appendix A is amended as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full.
