ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-23, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF PIEDMONT DRIVE,
APPROXIMATELY 285 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF CACTUS CIRCLE),
AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located on the north. side of the proposed extension of
piedmont Drive, approximately 285 feet east of the centerline of
Cactus Circle, is rezoned from PRD-6, Planned Residential
Development, 6 dwelling units per acre, to R-1-7200, Sin~le-
Family Residential District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 5140, in the City of San
Bernardino as per plat recorded in Book 61 of Parcel
Maps, pages 18 through 19, inclusive, records of
said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
22 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
23 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
24 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
26 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
27 hereto, marked Exhibit "AW, and incorporated herein by reference,
28 is hereby approved and adopted.
