Synopsis of Previous Council action:
2-15-88
Transfer of $15,000, from Account No. 248-368-57822,
"MP Drain 6-22, north of Patton Hospital," to
Account No. 248-368-57824, "Drainage Improvements -
Stoddard & Athol," approved.
Recommended motion:
That the plans for construction of drainage
improvements at Stoddard Avenue and Athol Street,
in accordance with Plan No. 7480, be approved;
and the Director of Public Works/City Engineer
authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the construction of those drainage improvements
have been prepared by the Engineering Division and the project is
ready to be advertised for bids.
Listed below is an estimate of the total estimated project
cost:

Sub-Total $ 13,860

TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 15,200
An amount of $15,000 has been allocated, under Account
No. 248-368-57824, to finance the costs that will be incurred for
this project.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
