This property first came to the attention of Building &
Safety on January 23, 1987, by way of a complaint from Patty
Gonzales of the Mayor's Office.
Subsequent investigations led to the creation of a file,
a NOP, and a Letter of Correction to the owner on January 27,
1987. The matter waR referred to the Board of Building
Commissioners on May 1, 1987, with costs incurred to date
totaling $268.18 for Administrative Fees.
On November 18, 1907, the Duilding & Safety Deparlment
was notified by CounciJ. that the problem had again
resurfaced. Further inveRtigation validated the compliant
and the file was re-opened. The owner was once again
notified, but refused to respond or comply: therefore, the
Board of Building Commissioners action was initiated on March
4, 1988, for which an additional $327.56 was incurred to
abate the problem, bringing the costs incurred to date to
$614.34,. ~ ~ :~
, An Appeal to the Mayor and Common Council was made by
.the owner on March 14, 1988.
