During that time Mrs. Dowdy has supervised the entire maintenance staff, including day crew and night crew personnel. Her work is first class and professional in every manner. .' I am convinced that without her supervisory abilities, her close attention to detail, and her caring attitude about the job, the quality of main- tenance service would suffer considerably. She is an asset to Central City Mall and the City of San Bernardino. I have no reservations in giving her my highest recommendation. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss her abilities further. Yours truly, ~~.~ Salvatore F. Catalano, CSM General Manager SFC:rlt
