1. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9.90.010 OF THE M.C. - ISSUE NOTICES TO
APPEAR FOR VIOLATIONS - Item continued. The City Attorney was direct-
ed to change the amendment to indicate that "all custodial arrests t/.
shall be made only by sworn officers of the San Bernardino Police
Department" and bring item back to Committee.
2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 15.28.170 OF THE M.C. TO PROVIDE THAT A
RECORDED NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS SHALL ALSO
CONSTITUTE NOTICE TO ANY BENEFICIARY OF A TRUST DEED, LIENHOLDER,
MORTGAGEE OR INTERESTED PARTY OF PROPERTY INVOLVED IN THE PROCEEDINGS

ON JANUARY 6, 1987 - No action required by Committee. Planning Com-
mission reviewing and will submit to Council.

8. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY PERSONNEL ACCESS TO CRIMINAL IN-
FORMATION HISTORY NEEDED TO EVALUATE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES' ELIGI- I
BILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT - The Committee recommended approval and imple- ,~I
mentation. Request for additional employee will be submitted to the
Personnel Committee.
9. WATER PROBLEM ON LA HACIENDA DRIVE - Item continued. Execu-
tive Assistants to Mayor and Council will meet with neighborhood re-
presentatives, review and analyze situation and make recommendation at
next Legislative Review Committee meeting.
