BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The following Development Fees for Services for single famil
9
subdivisions of five or more units, established by Resolution No. 2009-122 are hereby reduce
10
by 50% for a period of two years from the effective date of this resolution:
