BERNARDINO RELATING TO THE TEMPORARY REDUCTION OF CERTAI
DEVELOPMENT IMP ACT FEES ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2006-97.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: The following Development Impact Fees established by Resolution No.

2006-97 are hereby reduced for a period of two years from the effective date ofthis resolution:

I. Law Enforcement Facilities, Equipment, Vehicles - 50% Reduction.

2. Fire Suppression, Facilities, Equipment, Vehicles - 50% Reduction.

3. Library Facilities and Collection - 55% Reduction.

4. Aquatic Facilities - 55% Reduction.

5. Parkland and Open Space Acquisition and Park Improvement - 55'X
