KING GEORGE RULES
I sent out the first part of this material a few days before the election. Our registrar of Voters, Scott
Konopasek, asked state officials if the software he was placing in the voting machines was the software the
State of California had recently certified (Did the vendor add any uncertified patches to the voting software
qfter certification.) Their response, you have to trust the vendor. The second part of this e-mail is an
assessment of the election.
In reference to your article, E-vote Venders Hand Over Software, I know Scott Konopasek, the Registrar of
Voters in San Bernardino personally. I live in San Bernardina County and have been a witness to how their
system has run as an observer and ~e in several eledions..
First of all, San Bernardina county does not have a reputation for skilled, intelligent and uncorruptable
officials so I had some serious concerns when the county hired him in the first place. From personal
contact, I can state Scott Konopasek is one of the best and brightest employees working for San Bernardino
County government. I also believe that he wants to do the right thing in this election for San Bernardino
County but I seriously doubt that National Security concerns and agendas will not dictate the results of
elections November 2, 2004 for this county and the entire country for that matter. This last statement
obviously needs an explanation so here goes.
Although not stated publicly, this government has used their role in protecting state secrets from disclosure
in the public sector and foreign governments as a reason to regulate (cormpt) the results of elections in
America. This same agenda is used to finance the subversion of elections by our intelligence community all
over the world, whenever possible, when it promotes our perceived "National Interests". Here is one
obvious exantple where this QII/hority 11IlISI be in place.
A foreign power (We will use a wealthy oil producing nation, with questionable loyalties as an example)
attempts to gather strategic intelligence by backing a congressional candidate through front companies and
infiltrating their election staff with intelligence personnel. If that candidote gets elected, that well trained
intelligence officer will have access to intimate knowledge of any projects in that Congressional district,
intimate knowledge of committee research related to committees the congressman may serve on and second
source access to most security issues addTessed by the Congress.
The use of examples like the one stated above, gave the existing power structure the security clearonces to
build the mechanisms into our electoral system to subvert the election process. Unfortunately, while there
are a few legitimate motives for subverting election results in the name of "National Security" once those
mechanisms were in place corruption and vested interests played a critical role in institutionalizing the
process.
What I'm stating here is " The congress, presidents and elected officials will come and go but our
intelligence community, bureaucracies, NGOs and powerful institutions have controlled the process for so
l~ that honest elections with verifiable and awJi10bIe election realb an not an accepIabIe option.
. What this means in simple English is that these voting machines are hackable because the power structure
..' .. ." has the option to hack the results if those results threaten their special interests. That the controls placed
into the election process as an institution are more about inappropriate access and obedience to regulated
elections than legitimizing the results. I seriously doubt that Scott Konopasek has the power to effectively
attack cormption associated with the electoral process in this county because the strings attached to the
process would Probably turn into a rope and hang him if he did

That being said, I did obtain a copy of the voter disk for this election to see if many of the e"ors associated
with sloppy data management before Scott came to work in San Benrardino County had been co"ected I
am glad to say that the voting disks, this time around appear far more accurate than for past elections.
Unfortunately, Diebold has bought out the company that handled the Database management for San
Benrardino County in January of 2003. I have no doubt that this will lead to significant problems on Nov. 2
in the county. The most accurate assessment of the 2004 election, is simply, BLACK OPS VOnNG WIlli
CIA SOF1W ARE. Of course, the CIA does not have the power to run this operation own their own, but you
can bet your ass that this 2004 election is a nationally networked operation and CIA assets are not on the
sidelines.
Election results:
When we went into this election cycle (Selection cycle) I assessed the motives of the "powers that be" in
controlling the outcome of the 2004 elections. At this point, I want to thank the Fascists at "The Partnership
For A New American Century" for providing valuable insights into the mindset of the Predator Class. I also
appreciate the spin they used to make their agenda palatable and the investments made to consolidote
control over the software and voting machine technology that played such a major role in dictating the
outcome of this election.
Here is what I conte up with as their haste Ju-.A list.
(1) First and most important, continued looting rights on a planetary scale, which includes the assets of
repression needed to control the ones)IUII are looting.
(2) Severe restrictions placed on American's access to information, the organizational development of
popular movements and independent economic development.
(3) Consolidation of law enforcement under a centralized authority.
(4) E1iforcement assets in place to suppress projected reactions to economic, cultural and energy
consumption realignments that will become apparent in 2005/2006.
(5) The removal of nuclear waste stockpiles fram the Northeastern US to storage facilities in Utqh, Nevada
and New Mexico. Assets in place to control projected catastrophic incidents on American shores, (Nuclear
and Biological) resulting in the deaths qf a significant percentage qf the population.
Results:
Kerry had to lose, but the election would have to be close to give the election any image qf credibility.
Voting machine results would have to be unauditable.
The Republican Party would have to pick up several seats in the Senate to en.fIITf! passage if Patriot Act II
The House of Representatives would have to stay basically as it already is. This is important This election
created the illusion that there was no evidence of a voter backlash for our involvement in Iraq, reemerging
deficit spending nationally (liberating the loot), and the rea~. en~9frG. eSK.c riorities. The reality is
simply, voter backlash is irrelevanJwhenyottrdaddyandhis to'liil the ~ 3 /c-/(){
