HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-304 --- RESOLUTION NO. 2009-304 1 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING THE CITY'S 3 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE, RESOLUTION 2009-122, TO REFLECT THE NEW HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SPILL FEE. 4 5 BE IT RESOLVED THE MA YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7 SECTION I. Resolution No. 2009-122, adopted by the Mayor and Common Council 8 on May 18,2009 establishing a new master fee schedule (marked Attachment A) for city-wide 9 user fees is hereby amended to revise Part IX: Fire Department 10 SECTION 2. Resolution #2009-122, Part IX: Fire Department is hereby amended to 11 add Section II as follows: 12 13 "Section 11: The following fee is hereby established for response services at a traftic incident that involves hazardous substances that spill onto public right of ways, streets, 14 and highways of the City of San Bernardino jurisdiction by billing the insurance company. 15 A.
