J70 L;/' / ..,- 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO PROHIBITING HANG GLIDING IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO EXCEPT IN CERTAIN PLACES 3 APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL; AND REPEALING SUBSECTION; (S) OF SECTION 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3326. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. No person shall engage in the activity of hang 7 gliding in or over any place within the City limits of the City 6 8 of San Bernardino except in those places recommended by the 9 Director of Park & Recreation and approved by the Mayor and 10 Common Council of the City of San Bernardino. As used in this 11 ordinance, hang gliding means any activity whereby any person or 12 persons glide, float or sail through the air in or on a hang 13 glider. A "hang glider" means a glider, kite, hot air balloon, 14 device or contrivance so constructed that it will carry a person 15 on wind, air or human power. 16 SECTION 2. Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation 17 violating or causing the violation of any of the provisions of 18 this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon ]9 conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than 20 five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for a period 21 of not more than six (6) months in the County jail, or by both 22 such fine and imprisonment. 23 SECTION 3. Dillard of Lin- coln Construction to pay sewer connection fees for 4465 and 4485 Sierra Way at the September rate, as the project was started before the rate increase.
