the Street Construction Fund, under Account No. 42-510-509.
Supplemental funding in the amount of $25,000 approved.
Recommended motion:

That the plans for the rehabilitation of Arrowhead Avenue,
from Orange Show Road to Mill Street, in accordance with
Plan No. 6803 be approved; and the Director of Public
Works/City Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

The plans and specifications for this.pavement rehabilitation work
have been prepared by the Engineering Division and the project is ready to
be advertised for bids.
Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost:

An amount of $165,000 was allocated in the 1984-85 Budget, under
Account No. 242-362-57354. Supplemental funds in the amount of $25,000
were approved at the Council Meeting of 9-23-85.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted
to advertise for bids.
URGENCY CLAUSE
It is vital that this urgently needed project be advertised as soon as possible
in order to provide an acceptable riding surface.
