The Quitclaim Deed was accompanied by an Agreement which set aside the use of the property for library purposes only. However. the property can be sold but the "net proceeds received from the sale of said property shall be placed in a Special Library Fund which fund shall be used by the (Library) Board for future library building programs;...". Steve Whitney, City Librarian. has requested that the property be appraised and ultimately sold.
