This training will greatly benefit the RSVP by giving the Director the increased
and continuing training suggested by ACTION program evaluators and will benefit
our City program by providing new methods and ideas for recruiting more
volunteer participation, particularly in the minority segments of our population.
In addition there will be training in identifying and mobilizing support from a
variety of public and private sources and establishing financial goals.
The knowledge acquired in this training, when integrated into our ongoing pro-
gram, will enhance the future operations and will be a definite benefit to the
City.
