A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO, ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF MOUNTAIN VIEW AVENUE
BETIrEEN FIFTIETH STREET AND A POINT 1458.47 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH
LINE OF FIFTIETH STREET, IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL of the City of San
Bernardino that the grade of Mountain View Avenue between the south
line of Fiftieth Street and a point 1458.47 feet north of the south
line of Fiftieth Street in the City of San Bernarmno, be and the same
is hereby established in accordance with the following elevations and
grades, to-wit:
At the top of the curb at the southwest corner of the intersection
of Mountain View Avenue and Fi~h Street, the grade shall be 1381.60.
At the top of the east curb of Mountain View Avenue opposite the
south line of Fiftieth Street, extended easterly, the grade shall be
13$2.10.
At the top of the curb at the northeast corner of the intersection
of Mountain View Avenue and Fiftieth Street, the grade shall be 13$2.40.
At the top of the east curb of Mountain View Avenue opposite the
north line of Fiftieth Street, extended easterly, the grade shall be
1382.90.
At the top of the west curb of Mountain View Avenue, 433.47 feet
north of the south line of Fiftieth Street, the grade shall be 1400.50.
At the top of the east curb of Mountain View Avenue, 433.47 feet
north of the south line of Fiftieth Street, the grade shall be 1401.00.
At the top of the curb at the southwest corner of the intersection
of Mountain View Avenue and Fifty-fourth Street, the grade shall be 1436.70.
At the top of the east curb of Mountain View Avenue opposite the
south line of Fifty~fourth Street, extended easterly, the grade shall
be 1437.20.
At the top of the west curb of Mountain View Avenue, 145$.47 feet
north of the south line of Fiftieth Street, the grade shall be 1455.00.
At the top of the east curb of Mountain View Avenue, 145$.47 feet
north of the south line of Fiftieth Street, the grade shall be 1455.60.
At all points between said designated points along the line of
said street, the grade shall be and is hereby established so as to
conform to a straight line between said designated points.
All the elevations herein set forth refer to the top of the curb,
are in feet, and are above a plane which is 1045.2$ feet below the City
Bench Mark, as established by Ordinance No. 383 of the City of San
Bernardino, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Datum Plane for the
City of San Bernardino", adopted and approved August 3rd, 190$.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by
