ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-21, GENBRALLY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 48TH STREET APPROXIMATELY 230 FEET WEST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF LEROY STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSI
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located on the south side of 48th Street approximately
230 feet west of the centerline of Leroy Street, is rezoned from
C-l, Neighborhood Commercial District to R-1-7200, Single-
Family Residential Districtl
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as followsl
That portion of Lot 7, Block 16, Tract No. 1834, San
Bernardino Heights, in the City of San Bernardino,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
Map recorded in Book 26, Page 52 of Maps, records of
said County, further described as followsl
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 7; thence
south along the eastern boundary of Lot 7 to the
southeast corner of said lot; thence west along the
southern boundary of said lot a distance of 10.98 feet;
thence north 00 02' 55" west to the northern
boundary of said lot; thence east along the northern
boundary to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
