ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-28, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SIXTH STREET APPROXIMATELY 380 FEET EAST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF "J" STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located on the south side of Sixth Street approximately
380 feet east of the centerline of "J" Street, is rezoned from
M-l, Light Industrial District to R-2, Two-Family Residential
District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Lot 6 in Block "A" Waters and Burt Subdivision, in
the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in
Book 4 of Maps, Page 42, records of said County.
(PETITION NO. 86-28.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby approved and adopted.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
