INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-20, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON TIlE SOUTII SlOE Of' EVA:.IS STREET APPROXI11ATELY 194 FEET EAST OF
TIlE CENTERLINE OF WATERMAN AVENUE),AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONHENTAL REVIEW.
TIlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAt-I BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the fOllowing described parcel of real property,
generally located on the south side of Evans Street approximately
194 feet east of the centerline of .~ater=n Avenue, is rezoned
from R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential District to A-P,
Administrative Professional District:
All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Parcel No.1: That portion of Lot 3, Block 40, of the
Rancho San Bernardino, as per Map recorded in Book 7 of
Haps, Page 2, Records of said County describe<.1 as tollows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of sdld Lot 3,
Block 40, Rancho San Bernardino, 258.75 feet east of
the southwest corner thereof; thence east 203.40 feet;
thence north 299.8 feet; thence west 140 feet; thence
south parallel with the west line of said lot, 14Q.8
feet to a point; thence west parallel with the south
line of said lot 63.40 feet to a point which is north
150 feet from the point of beginning; thence south 150
feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel No.2: That portion of Lot 3, Block 40, of the
Rancho San Bernardino, as per Map recorded in Book 7
of Maps, Page 2, records of said County described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 40,
Rancho San Bernardino; thence north 100 feet; thence
east 150 feet; thence north 50 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence east 172.15'Jthence north 149.8
feet to the north line of said Lot; thence west 172.15
feet; thence south 149.8 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attacheu
hereto, markeu Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby approved and adopted.
