Re: Your Project No. 275B
Existing apartment complex
at 172l North Conejo Drive
San Bernardino
Dear Mayor Wilcox and Council Members:
We represent L.Y.W, Investment Company, the new owners of the
above-referenced property.
We humbly request the City Council reconsider the decision of the
Board of Building Commissioners of February 6, 19B7 to move or
demolish the building in question within 30 days and allow the
new owner a time extension to study the alternatives.
It is our intention to act expeditiously and work very closely
with the City's staff and neighboring property owners to arrive
at a positive solution. We are aware of the history of the
project and appreciative of the bad feelings that the City and
the neighboring property owners must have accumulated over time.
Again, we feel that a time extension is necessary and are
confident that the Honorable Members of the City Council will
feel the same way and grant us this extension.
We thank you in advance for your time and consideration,
Sincerely,
1 V~R1)FNELdpMENT COMPANY, INC.
