I. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL
3. REYIEW MINUTES OF MEETINGS: February 9, 2009 and December 8,
2008.
4. PENDING BUSINESS:
a. Discuss and take possible action on proposed revisions to Chapter
15.37, Historic Building Demolition Ordinance, San Bernardino
Municipal Code.
b. Discuss and take possible action on materials related to "Proposed
Demolition of the Perris Hill Engineer's Residence, i.e. the Agape
House. These include: Notice of Intent; Initial Study; and Mitigation
. Summary. These documents are availahle on the City's Development
Services website under "Planning."
c. Discuss and take possible action on research done by designated
commissioners on adjacent jurisdictions' procedures for designating
historic sites.
d. Discuss and take possible action on Commissioner Ralph's proposal to
designate 200 historic structures in San Bernardino for the
Bicentennial Celebration.
e. Discuss and take possible action on Commissioner Lyon's proposed
workshop to be conducted at the Santa Fe Depot by the California
State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).

6. PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA (within the
subject matter jurisdiction of the Historical Preservation Commission)

MIC ROOM.
