2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARl)INOOBJECTING TO THE TAX SALE OF WATER RESERVATIONS ON
3 PARCEL NO. 135:"191";07 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTIQN OF AN AGREEMENT
I BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE PURCHASE
4 I OF SAID WATER RESERVATIONS.

WHEREAS, City of San Bernardino owns the underlying fee in
Parcel No. 135-191-07; and
WHEREAS, the water reservations on said parcel are listed
for tax sale on February 7, 1967; and
WHEREAS, said water reservations are a cloud on City of
San Bernardino's title to said parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino as follows:
SECTION ONE: That City of San Bernardino objects to the

14 tax sale of water reservations on Parcel No. 135-191-07;

SECTION TWO: That the City Attorney shall file said
16 objection with the Tax Collector and the Board of Supervisors of
17 San Bernardino County;

SECTION THREE: That the City of San Bernardino execute an
19 agreement between said City and the County of San Bernardino to
20 purchase said water reservations;
21
SECTION FOUR: That said agreement, a copy of which is
22 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1." and referred to and made a
23 part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein, is
24 hereby approved;
25
SECTION FIVE: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino
26 is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
27 behalf of said city.
