CITY OF_ SAN BERClRDINO - REQUEST CbR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
A petition has been received by this office requesting the fOI'lllltion of an
assessment district for the maintenance of landscaping within the detention
basins located within Tract No. 14184 and Tentative Tract No.14185 . This
petition is the result of a requirement by the City for the Developer to
establish the district. The assessment will include maintenance of landscaping,
energy costs, and administrative costs. The signatures affixed to the referenced
petition have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of
the area of the property lying within the proposed boundaries of the district to
be assessed for the proposed maintenance.
The developer will be required to up-front the cost of the proceedings for
establishment of the district.
