On March 21, 1988, the Mayar and 0.,.,.., OJuncil authorized and directed staff
to subllit an awlicatiat far ESGP funds to the U.S. Department of HcAJsiD] and
Ul:ban Devel~d. far Fl{ 1988/1989 in the anamt of $5,000.
On April 26, 1988, the Mayar and (\ ..... . , Ccuncil authorized and directed staff
to award $34,000 in ESGP funds to the Salvatiat Army.

costs of administration. 'lhe Py 1989/1990 ESGP funds lialld be used to
