STAFF REPORT
119~ West Belleview
This property was inspected on January 20, 1987 and was found
to be a severely fire damaged single-family residence. The
owner was notified and failed to respond. The property went
before the Board of Building commissioners on July 1, 1988.
The commission adopted a resolution to obtain a
rehabilitation permit within ten (10) days and rehabilitate
to current codes in sixty (60) days or demolish: and incur
all costs in the form of a lien on the property.
An Appeal of the Board of Building Commissioners decision was
made to the Mayor and Common council on July 6, 1988.
staff recommends that the Mayor and Council uphold the Board
of Building commissioners resolution to obtain a
rehabilitation permit and rehabilitate in sixty (60) days or
demolish: and incur all current and future costs in the form
of a lien on the property. Current Costs: $504.70
