ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION 2.34.030 SUBSECTION H OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE AUTHORIZING THE POLICE COMMISSION TO CONDUCT HEARINGS. THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 2.34.030 Subsection H of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read as follows: "H. Conduct hearings on matters assigned to the Police Commission under provisions of the San Bernardino Municipal Code." I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the day of , 1986, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NAYS: ABSENT: Ci ty Clerk The foregoing ordinance is hereby approved this day of , 1986.
