COUNCIL ACTION CORRESPONDENCE
The Mayor and Common Council directed the Superintendent of Building
and Safety to withhold the issuance of a building permit to Mr. and
Mrs. Dale & Susan Arrieta for construction of a new home on property
located at 4197 Terracita Drive; until the October 6. 1986 Council
meeting.
The building pemit was delayed for the reason that there is an ordin-
ance and resolution pending, relating to valley and mountain views
and consideration of another ordinance which would restrict homes
destroyed by 'acts of God to rebuild on the original site of the home.
