1. HEAD START WAGE RATE GUIDELINES - Item tabled. No
action necessary.
2. RESOLUTION ADOPTING PERSONNEL MANUAL - City Adminis-
trator was directed to review and amend the manual, coordi-
nating with RDA Executive Director, in accordance with his
recommendations for a full merit-based system without Civil
Service tie and return to Committee.
3. FY 1984/1985 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE
BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS - The Committee recommended full Council
discussion. Deputy City Administrator was directed to
provide a full list of RDA employees and salaries.
