This item was continued from the Mayor and Council meeting of
August 19, 1985 at the request of the applicant in order to
resolve certain concerns relative to street improvements.
The applicant met with the Engineering Division on August 27,
1985 and at this meeting it was tentatively agreed that the
Varsity Drive extension to University Parkway would be
dedicated by a separate document. It was also agreed that a
lot line adjustment would be requested rather than the
sUbject parcel map and that the appeal on the parcel map be
tabled at this time.

At the Council Meeting of 8-19-85, this appeal was continued to 9-9-85.
A meeting was held today with the 3 property owners affected by this
parcel map. It was tentatively a9reed that the Varsity Drive extension
to University Parkway would be dedicated by separate document. This
agreement is subject to confirmation by the other parties to the partner-
ship.
Provided that confirmation is received, the owners plan not to pursue
recordation of the parcel map. Application will be made for a Lot Line
Adjustment. Therefore, wp recommend that this appeal be tabled at the
Council Meeting of 9-9- .
