ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-6, LOCATED APPROXIMATEL
1,500 FEET SOUTH OF KENDALL DRIVE, BETWEEN THE FUTURE EXTENSION
OF 40TH STREET AND "F" STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 located approximately 1,500 feet south of Kendall Drive, between
II the future extension of 40th Street and "F" Street is rezoned from
12 PRDU-6U, Planned Residential District at 6 units to the acre to
13 R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

Lot 1, Tract No. 11330, in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 177 of
Maps, Pages 57 and 58, records of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
'code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
I ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
26 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
27 is hereby approved and adopted.
