Recommeno:led motion:
That the work performed by the Contractor, in accordance
with Specifications No. 6656, be approved and accepted;
and that final payment be authorized at the expiration
of the lien period.

STAFF REPORT
Construction of the Storm Drain and Parking Lot
Improvements at Nunez Park - South was satisfactorily
completed on July 5, 1985.
The contract was awarded for the low bid price of
$36,435.00. The actual final contract price is
$36,719.40 due to a slight increase in the final
quantities of various bid items from the estimated
quantities in the bid documents.
We recommend the work be approved and accepted, and
final payment be authorized at the expiration of the
lien period.
