The proposal is to reopen an abandoned service station w~h a~
mini-market on property located on the southwest corn~ o~~
Baseline Street and Muscott Street. __ IT1

The applicant, Duc Hoang Pham~ was given a letter, dated May
21, 1985, which indicated the minimum conditions which need
to be fulfilled prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy. We have not heard from the applicant in response
to those conditions.
