RESOLUTION NO. 85-258
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING PLAN
REVIEW FEES AND PERMIT FEES FOR ON-SITE IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND
3 REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 85-223.
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. Recitals.
7 A. Ordinance No. MC-,46l provides that the Mayor and Common
8 Council may by resolution establish fees for on-site improvement
9 plan review and for on-,site improvement permits; and
10 B. California Government Code Section 54992 requires the
11 holding of at least one public hearing prior to the levy of a new
12 fee or service charge by a local agency.
13 SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 15.04.175 of the San
14 Bernardino Municipal Code, the following plan review fees for on-
15 site improvement plans shall be effective within the City of San
16 Bernardino:

23 SECTION 3. Pursuant to Section 15.04.177 of the San
